After receipt of the customer specifications and following our site visits we were able to fully design each of the "tailor" made systems. This was a relatively quick process even though the design input was significant.  Once the design work was completed we completed detailed fabrication drawings and moved onto the fabrication of the systems in our workshop.  In each case we managed to meet the customer deadline date and in some cases improve on this.  Each of the systems were fabricated and installed complete with safety guards and other safety features. The pictures below show some examples of the systems we fabricated, the photo on the left shows the hopper feeder unit, feeding into a conveyor which is situated below the dryer.  The conveyor then runs the length of the drum before discharging onto an inclined conveyor.  The photo on the right shows the hopper feeder, feeding straight onto an inclined conveyor, due to space restrictions we were asked to minimise the footprint of the system and we successfully removed the need for a third conveyor in this instance.
